The Once Again Thrift Store benefits the Calaveras Crisis Center by helping to pay for things for the families living in the Battered Women's Shelter. All items donated to the store are tax deductible. When volunteering at the Thrift Store the expectation is that you will follow instructions, ask for help if you need it and that you help us maintain a helpful, friendly environment. Once you have completed the volunteer application we will schedule a time for you to meet with the Store Manager at which time you will be given a brief orientation, instruction on the tasks that need to be completed. During your meeting with the Store Manager you will also discuss what types of schedule (days, times etc...)will be most comfortable for you. Community volunteers are very important to the success of the store and we appreciate your willingness to give of your time.
