Where: San Andreas Convalescent Hospital (behin Mark Twain Hospital)                                                         900 Mountain Ranch Road, San Andreas, CA 95249

We are looking for individuals in the community who are interested in helping us at San Andreas Convalescent Hospital. Our main purpose is to increase the overall satisfaction and enjoyment of life for our residents. The calendar we have includes activities ranging from morning Coffee Social to afternoon Bingo to our monthly Ice Cream Social and we are looking for positive individuals who would like to assist, entertain, and keep out residents company. We have a monthly Candlelight Dinner we always need extra help for. This activity is held the second Sunday of each month. If volunteers have any special talents we would love to have them shared with us. Volunteers who are interested must be at least 14 years of age and will need to come in to the facility to fill out a volunteer application as well as receive a TB test free of cost at the facility. Volunteers who are under the age of 18 will need to have permission from a parent or guardian in order to the the TB test.  Prospective volunteers should contact Jessie Snyder (Activities Director) or Renate Stendell (Activities Assistant) at 209-754-3823.
