Who: Students 14 years and older

What: Work fundraisers and help maintain the local cemetery.

Where: Independent Order of Odd Fellow (IOOF) Hall, 11845 Main Street, Valley Springs, CA 95252

Mission Statement:  The IOOF was founded on the principals of Friendship, Love, and Truth. The order is fraternal in that it exists to bury the dead (we own the IOOF cemetery in Jenny Lind), educate the orphan, relieve the distressed, and visit the sick.

We have a pancake breakfast every 2nd Sunday of the month to raise funds for the Calaveras High School senior scholarships, maintain the building and cemetery, granting donations to various athletic/community groups, and supporting the community whenever possible.  We need volunteers to work the pancake breakfast.  

We can also use volunteers to help with the upkeep of the cemetery, and to work our movie night fundraiser.

Students can also join the IOOF when they are 16 years old.
